All Disco'd Out!
First I wanna start out with a song that means a lot to me... its just reminds me of some great memories!!!And no it isn't disco!
So its 2:30pm and I'm just now getting up and going!! I'm getting to old for the all nighters! Went to a "somewhat" of a Disco last night... After a little bit I took off the extensions(thank god!!!) and hit the local punk bar Jinx! If that is the only club I go to in this town I'd be happy!!!!
So the Savannah News papers was there and they got a pic of me and my friends. To the left is Missy (as Blondie), then there is me with my Disco Yarn Extentions and the guy is my friend Chris Cook.... he puts together all these parties and things in this town.
I did however score a pair of kick ass shoes... I'll have to post a pic! Glitter platform made by playboy! I felt so darn cool(ish)!!!
So I have vow'd to get my ass in gear today and work on my arm warmers from Pretty in Punk. I had one almost down and realized I dropped a stitch at the very beginning, damn that sucks. Some time I feel like I frog more than knit. I think it doesn't help that I am an perfectionist!
I know part of this knitting slump is that is it HOT HOT HOT here is Savannah. Temp is high in mid 90's and heat index aroun 110! I can't even cool down the apartment lower than 83. The worst is the humidity, as soon as you get out of the shower you feel like you need another one! Well I really need one right now! I'm sitting in my usual Sunday afternoon the coffee shop with glitter still on me! Hey I like to look good during the day too!!! HA HA HA.... I'm just lazy!
