Knitting to Spinning to Dear God in Heaven... Sheep Shearing???
It all started out very innocently... before the day was over I realized I was a major craft freak!
Does it seem that when Christmas time comes everyone wants you to make them a scarf, hat, legwarmers or even a sweater???? I'm shocked about how many "orders" I have now.
Below will be my thought pattern so beware of the craziness that spun off of the simple knitting brain.
All I wanted was a few cute easy scarf patterns (always start easy I say) for the girls in my department. Nothing wrong with that right? F@*&!
Well then it was me wanting just some ideas, so I headed over to ETSY.com. There I was loaded down with awesomeness (I doubt that is a word, but it is my brain), but wait... every single scarf I decided that I HAD to make were with HOMESPUN yarns.
How freakin cool is these homespun yarn?? MAN HOW COOL are these girls that MAKE the yarn! Hey how in the hell did they do that?
Damn Google! Did you know that doing one search can end up with a new obsession? OH NO!!! I can spin right?
Damn EBAY!!!! In the end I'm freakin bidding on a drop spindle! Oh dear god in Heaven HELP ME
The reason for this little freak session is to let everyone know that If I say I'm going to move to the country and raise my own sheep to shear please PLEAAAAAASE stick needles in my head, lots of them!
