Favorite Brand of needles:  Hiya Hiya stainless steel, dpns and circs!

Your favorite yarn? Classy by Dream in Color.  I love the semi-solid colors and the squishy merino.  Of course, I switch favorite yarns almost as often as we get new yarns in the shop!

Yarn you totally hate with a passion? Reason? My yarn nemesis would have to be chenille.  I can never get it to look good!

What is OTN?(on the needle) Dude, what's not on my needles?  I've got major spring start-itis!  The shortlist: Ariann,
Juju, Snowball's Chance, and three pairs of socks.

How many tattoos do you have? Two

What are the tattoos? Why did you pick them?  I have Sarasvati on my back.  She's the Hindu goddess of learning and she helps me eschew infatuation.  On my wrist, I have the initials for "This too shall pass" in Hebrew.  My brother and I got matching tattoos to mark a very hard couple of years.

Any tattoos on the drawing board? What?   Oh yes.  I plan on getting a full sleeve someday.  Something involving Mexican art and all the things I love in one fluid piece.

Piercings:   Just my ears and  I hardly ever wear earrings.  But, I love piercings on other people.  I think lip piercings are delicious!

Favorite color:  True, deep red

What do you like in a piece of Boy/Girl Meat? The ability to not take yourself so seriously.  People who can laugh at themselves are so hawt!

Coolest Knitting Pattern?  I heart Odessa.  I've made four.

What do you do to pay for your knitting, tattoo, piercing habit?  I'm a yarn pusher.  Along with two partners, I run a knitting shop called Purlescence in Sunnyvale, Ca.  I like to enable!

Kids/Pets:  Two Kittehs, litter mates named Kenichi and Kaga.  One ball python named Milton.

All time favorite bands? I like music that's made with art, heart, and soul, but I love me some sugary pop! Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Outkast, Tori Amos, Twiztid, and The Cure top my list.

All time favorite movie:  Showgirls!   It's the best post-modern comedy of our time.
