What do you think of "I might knit but I won't take your sh**" for the new knit girl slogan? If you can think of a better one leave a comment. It will be cool to see what other ones we can come up with!!!
Ok on to the Knit Girl. I have asked one of my kick ass blog reader Moon to be the first Knit Girl. She has already done her part by getting in the submittion and some really nice pictures too.
I think this will help kick start our site to show the world that we knitters do kick ass and we aren't all grannys not saying there is anything wrong with that (lol) but I'm really tired of people be totally shocked to see girl with no grey hair doing something they call "domestic". On thing I have found out in my time being single is that guys really think it is sexy when a girl knits... so why not show there.
Be brave and get your submittions in. Baby doesn't deserve to sit in the corner!!
I like it. My mantra when I was working my way through college was "if I take their money, I have to take their sh**!"
